1967 Expo in Montreal; Joan was a young thing….and her family took a truck and camper east visiting relatives along the way.
1971 Vancouver, BC
1973 Banff Jasper Parkway – camping trip
1973 Lake Louise skiing – stayed at the Chateau Lake Louise….had a relative working there!
1974 Europe backpacking – England, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland Italy, Greece
1975 Vancouver Island,Long Beach – camping honeymoon after moving to Calgary…at the start of our honeymoon!
1977 Oregon Coast Camping in our new Chevy van
1979 Matzatlan, Mexico
1980 San Francisco and area – pregnant and couldn’t drink the wine in the Napa Valley! How sad is that???
1982 Hawaii – Maui and Oahu
1983 San Francisco – pregnant and back in the Napa Valley….again wine-less!
Kananaskis Country, Alberta – countless camping trips when the kids were little
Countless overnight trips to Canmore and Banff with friends
1985 London, Ontario
1986 Expo, Vancouver BC
1988 Olympics Calgary
Countless family trips to Okanagan, Trail, Victoria BC and Saskatchewan to visit family
Maryland, Virginia, DC, Boston – Reg on mostly work trips, but some sight seeing
1989 San Francisco, Monterrey with good friends, the Smiths
1990 Disneyland and San Diego
1991 Ottawa and Quebec
1993 England – fun trip to visit Joan’s sister living there at the time
1996 New Orleans – when Hurricane Opal went through!
1997 Florida to see the Cassini launch at Cape Canaveral and visit Disneyworld with the kids
1998 Georgia, North and South Carolina with our Aussie friend
1999 New York City with the High School Band – a plum chaperoning job….good kids!
2000 Australia – Queensland, Sydney, Blue Mountains and points in Western Australia. We have friends living on both sides of the country.
2001 San Diego
2001 Spray Lakes Area – mountain lodge
2002 Loreto, Mexico
2003 Florida – to see the Mars Opportunity and Spirit launches (missed them both due to delays).
2004 Australia – camping trip up the west coast to the Ningaloo Reef with good friends.
2005 Saskatchewan northern lakes – fly in fishing camp
2005 Greece, Turkey
2006 Las Vegas; Grand Canyon and other points in Arizona
2006 Jasper, Alberta
2006 San Francisco, Monterrey, wineries….
2007 Martimes Provinces, Canada
2008 Denman Island, Hornby Island, Nanaimo, Victoria, BC – kayaking and family reunion
2007/08 Multiple trips around Alberta and Saskatchewan with a volunteer organization J & R are involved in.

2009 France, Spain, Monaco. This was a fantastic trip.
2009 Colorado – Rocky Mountain National Park and Denver
2009 British Columbia (three times!…Trail, Armstrong and Vancouver)
2010 January – Las Vegas, Arizona, California (highlight Joshua Tree National Park).
2010 New Zealand, March and April. Camped for a month in a Campervan. LOVED NZ – the people, the spectacular scenery.
2010 British Columbia in April to visit the Moms. Loop from Trail BC to Armstrong BC.
2010 June to Burbank, California for the Southern California Genealogical Jamboree
2010 July to Okanagan to visit Mom and Beach time!
Sept 9 to 16, 2010 – New York City with good friends. Museums, Plays, comedy and more!
